As you just heard, Rhaktotis Villa is still available on the dates you are seeking even though we have one pending enquiry that is bridging on your requested dates.
As an early bird request and participating to a wedding, we are pleased to offer you 10% discount on 2013 rental prices. So instead of paying Euros 1700.- according to the published schedule, the holidays rental for these 10 days after discount would come down net to you at Euros 1490.- or Pound £ 1280.-
We further grant you the following options:
a) possibility to choose the fixed rental price in £ rather then in Euro .
b) possibility to extend your stay at no extra charge by either arriving on the 1st of June 2014 or leaving on the 13th.
c) possibility to pay the 20% deposit (and the Euro 150,- damage deposit redeemable upon departure) needed to secure the reservation either by credit card or by wire transfer.
Should you wish to proceed with a reservation, just let me know your preferred options (a,b,c) either by completing the "Request a reservation" form, or by replying to this mail and I will send you the corresponding reservation payment details.
In your request you mentioned you would be 4 Adults and 2 Kids. I do not know the age of the children but I can reassure you we have on the spot a baby cot and a high chair. Should you have any other question, please do not hesitate to contact me.
